I just returned from spending almost a week in Las Vegas at the WPPI convention. Since this is my second time going, I had a specific plan of which classes to take and what to see and do throughout the week, with many different vendors on my list to visit and several classes I wanted to check out. As with most things, my plans changed pretty quickly once I arrived. I spent the majority of that week meeting and hanging out with many photographers from around the World, and ended up leaving Vegas calling some of them my friends. I’ll have another blog post soon with a wedding I had a chance to photograph – Flash mob Style!
On the day before I left, several of us went out to the salt flats near Las Vegas to have an impromptu photo session and I took a couple of photos. Thanks for Elyse, Amber, Ben and Caroline for being awesome models and to Luis, Milena, Matt, Brittany, Mike, Tommy and Katie for helping make it such a fun experience.
Or to summarize:
There was wind. There was dust. Photos were taken.
